A lot of people in management positions want to be an example to their employees. This local Subway manager has, let’s just say, a different management style…

3. Nikki’s mother recounts her experience.
I politely said, “please do not touch your hair while making our sandwiches?” She freaked out and said “I’m not touching my fucking hair!” In front of a child? Unacceptable. I promise you she was on drugs. Her behavior was bizarre and erratic. @SUBWAY

4. The other Subway employee in the video didn’t want anything to do with it.
5. Twist: the phone call the manager claimed to make to the cops was fake.
6. The outrage is real, people are fuming.
what the fuck this is literally the most unprofessional thing i’ve ever seen. how did she EVER get hired AND put in to a manager position. this is beyond disgusting, never going to subway again if this is the kind of people they hire 🙅🏽♀️

We’re shocked to see this. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Can you please send us a DM so that we can address this? https://t.co/j0WrCIyV7Q
